Sr. SAP PP APO

 

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of SAP’s new Supply Chain Management X-Apps. business bolt-ons. Willingness to learn new emerging technology such as SRM, SCM, APO, SNC, PM and Service Management. Additionally, must have knowledge and/or experience in Supply Chain Management.


SPECIFIC SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILTIEIS:

Five plus years experience with SAP PP configuration.
Strong understanding of business processes, practices and procedures.
Experience with Advanced Planning tools (APO) including PP/DS, GATP and CTM is strongly preferred. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ESSENTIAL SKILLS

•Working knowledge of project management practices and methodology's
•Ability to perform hands on configuration in Supply Chain Management including integration points to Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management , Logistics and Finance.
•Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs and new custom functionality in the SCM area.
•Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department.
•Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
•Write functional specifications for application development, enhancements and testing.
•Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues per OLA and SLA.
