Sr. SAP HR- Payroll Enterprise Solutions Specialist III
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of business systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities SPECIFIC SKILLS: Minimum 3-5 years solid SAP HR configuration and testing experience. Primary modules: Payroll. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules. Project Management. Solid project solution delivery life cycle experience. Planning, design, build, test, train, roll-out and post go-live support phases. Ability to gather business requirements and translate to technical systems design document. Ability to write test scripts and conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Written and oral communication skills to train end-uses on all installation assignments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Define, research, develop and test new functionality of business systems in your primary module or functional area. Participate in rollout/installation of new business systems. Serve as escalation point for system and troubleshooting issues. Devise sample data to test accuracy of programs. Provide functional advice and assistance to programmers. Write specifications of user needs for application development, enhancements and testing. Maintain a working knowledge of advancing technologies. Identify applicable solutions and implement with existing networks when appropriate. Work seamlessly with all IT Teams to ensure high standard of IT support at all levels. Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area. Prepare and provide status updates of assigned project plans and schedules. Job Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience OR equivalent formal training in related duties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. |
